BANK.... WTF

Today i my 5 tried to open an account on M##Bank . First tries was about my MYCARD error, and that bank brunch cannot do on manual. I went to another brunch next day and still cannot, because its was 12 noon and that brunch only opened an account till 11.00. The third tries is on "here" and still cannot, because i didnot bring my "work pass". Today.... i went to that same branch on lunch time and they said that they only process after 2.30..... i went on 3.00 and guess what..? still cannot, because.... there are 20 people inline before me... so they said its about 2 hour to process my application... so i'm FUCK UP WITH THIS crap???
